Welcome to the new and innovative online Curry Club! Due to recent events we have decided to create an online platform that members can join, share and keep connected within the Curry Club community.These will include introductions, topics of discussion, general networking and talks from our experts.

Event Agenda

* 10.00am – 60 second introduction all delegates.
* 10.30am – Update from our panel of experts – Q&A session
* 11.15pm – Open networking continued.

After registering for the event, you will receive an email a day before with the link.

We have partnered up with the wonderful team at The Spicery to provide discounted Easy Recipe Kits in order to explore a variety of curry’s, with new weekly options. These kits are ideal for anytime of the week, with a minimum of ingredients, equipment and effort needed. We provide the main spices with an easy step-by-step recipe card and you just need to gather the shopping list and piece it all together.

Tomato Raita


Your Shopping List

600g diced chicken.
1 large red onion.
2 cloves garlic.
4 medium tomatoes.
2 green chillies (optional).
150g full fat natural yogurt (not Greek yogurt or set yogurt).
Rice for 4 to serve.

Butter Chicken with
Kachumber Salad


Your Shopping List

600g diced chicken (thighs are best!).
1 onion.
5 tomatoes.
½ cucumber.
1 lemon.
50g butter.
300g full fat natural yogurt (not Greek or set yogurt).
50ml cream.
2 tbsp tomato puree.
Rice for 4 to serve.
2 tsp sugar.

Jalfrezi with
Lemon Raita


Your Shopping List

500g diced chicken (thighs are best) or 2 medium courgettes for a veg/vegan version.
2 medium onions.
3 cloves of garlic.
Fresh ginger.
1 lemon.
2 peppers (any colour).
2 tomatoes.
3 green chillies (optional).
150g natural yogurt (full fat is best) or vegan equivalent.
Rice for 4 to serve.
